In PSA oxygen generator system, common 5A or 13X molecular sieves are usually used to conduct absorption by adding pressure and desorption under room pressure, which needs an air compressor in the front to condense air. This method not only increases energy consumption, but also may cause decrease of absorption efficiency if machine oil inside the air compressor enters the absorber as a result of misoperation and therefore pollutes the molecular sieve.
